Investing time in myself

Health buys time

I simply had my health, until I started deciding it. Eight episodes about CrossFit with no prior knowledge, my best race, a broken ankle and the way back when you start from zero.

The goal, as of 1 November 2026: Invest time in myself, because I have the chance to. Health is not the goal in itself: it buys me active years, and active years mean more decisions.

How I measure it: Hours of sport per week. Before the injury about 15, today 2 to 3.
