Season “How to Make 250K Per Year” · Episode 11

The math

Do · 1 November 2026

The math that turns the number into a goal: €250,000 from hours is 1,600 billed hours at €156. That's a consultant, and it's exactly what I don't want anymore. €250,000 without hours is, for example, 21 clients at €1,000 a month, or 10 at €2,000. Same income, opposite life. For the second calculation I'm building intellixOne: a monthly fee per service, no hours. If you want the straight track there, you'll find it on intellix.one; if you want to learn AI in marketing, on versipellix.de.

The bridge, honestly: Today sold hours pay for building the indirect income. intellixOne has existed in code since March 2024; there's no proven return to my time yet. Today 40 to 60% of revenue is sold time, depending on the year.

I set my own deadlines. Not “no deadlines”. Products have customers, outages and cancellations. What changes is who sets the deadline.

Work out your mix: How much of your income depends on your hours, and how much comes without them? The second share is the only one that gives you your time back. Write it down with the date, and again in a year.
