My wife opens a gym

In March 2026 my wife opened her own gym: Forvya. Before that, she started out as a personal trainer.
For me it started with CrossFit without knowing what it is, then Bryan Johnson came along as inspiration. Today my wife is a personal trainer with her own gym. So I know a personal trainer with her own gym, and I know her very well. I'm running out of excuses.
This year had a price too. The season "Out four times a year" is about getting away regularly. In 2026 that didn't work. It worked once: over Easter I was in Bavaria. Even that got interrupted, by the big investment we made as a family: her gym.
It's my wife's project, not mine. Still, with an investment that big, everyone ends up involved somehow. That's how a team works. We invested a lot, I'm working on my own business at the same time, and so we decided not to travel at all this year.
Since then, health isn't only my topic anymore. It's not only in my calendar anymore, it's part of what we're building as a family.
A year without a holiday, for a gym. That's a decision too, and we made it together.
