How to Make 250K Per Year
without selling my time
I have the number. What I'm missing is the time. Twelve episodes on what €250,000 in revenue a year should look like once it no longer comes from sold hours, and what has kept me from it so far.
The goal, as of 1 November 2026: €250,000 in revenue a year on a solid foundation of products, with effort that doesn't grow with the income. I don't say “passive income”, because it's never passive, but everyone knows what it means. Then I set my own deadlines.
How I measure it: the share of revenue that comes from sold hours. Today: revenue is around €250,000, so at the number. Depending on the year, 40 to 60% of it is sold time. Goal: 0%.
The gap, as of today: I have the money I need. What's missing is the time to use it, because too much of it is still sold.
Everything here is my view. If you want to earn billions, go for it; freedom to decide also means others decide differently.
